Cancellation and Booking

Booking: You can book our services by contacting us through our website, telephone, or email. Bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellation: Please notify us 48 hours before the scheduled service if you wish to cancel or change your booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a fee.

Payment Terms

Charges: You will receive a quote for the charges at the time you book. All fees are subject to tax.

Payment: Payment is possible via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. The full payment must be made at or before the time of service.

Cancellations and Service Issues: All refunds will be handled case-by-case.

Liability and insurance

Liability: Although we handle your items cautiously, Agreewel Packers and Movers will not be liable for damage or loss unless our negligence is proven.

Insurance We strongly recommend that high-value items be insured. We can help arrange insurance coverage with third-party providers.

Responsibilities of the Customer

Packing: When you pack your items, ensure they are labelled and packed securely. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by your packed items.

Valuables Please inform us if you have any valuable items. If possible, the owner should carry items of exceptional value.

Access: Please ensure that you have adequate access to load and offload. Also, please inform us in advance of any parking restrictions and other access issues.

Prohibited items

We do not transport illegal or hazardous items like plants, animals, or perishables. If found, these items will be removed from your luggage and disposed of at your expense.

Claims and Disputes

Claims: All claims for damage or loss must be reported within 7 days after the completion of services. Please provide detailed information, including any supporting evidence.

Dispute resolution: If you have a dispute with us, please contact us to resolve it. It may be sent to arbitration or mediation if you cannot resolve the issue.
